1. Digital Products & Services
All purchases of digital products (e.g., numerology reports, e-books, consultations) are non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content and personalized services, we do not offer returns or refunds once the service is delivered or the content is accessed/downloaded.

Exceptions may apply if:

You are charged twice for the same product or service.

You do not receive the purchased digital item within 7 working days (and you notify us within that time).

2. Physical Products (if applicable)
We accept returns and provide refunds for physical products if:
